Change that is aligned with their values.As your Health & Wellness Coach I will display unconditional positive regard for you and believe in your ability to change. I honor the fact that you are the expert in your own life while ensuring that all of our interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.As a Coach I am trained in behavior change theories, motivational strategies, and health education and promotion theories. I use these to support you in creating and sustaining change for your improved health and well-being.I use a client-centered approach wherein you decide your goals. You will engage in self-discovery and active learning processes, as well as self-monitoring behaviors to increase your accountability to become empowered to take charge of your health and wellness. We'll build rapport, confidence, and trust while I walk alongside you on your path to your healthiest self.

- About Me -
Sydney Wallach
Hi, I'm Sydney. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and now reside in coastal North Carolina. Traveling and experiencing new cities, countries and cultures has always been a driving force for me. The experiences and friendships cultivated along the way have helped me develop an understanding of and a belief in the uniqueness of people and the world.
As a young person, I became aware of my interest in exploring my own inner self, the lives and motivations of others, and the larger realm of connectedness. I came to understand that to live successfully in the world today we must learn to connect all parts of our inner selves, our bodies, our thought processes, and our social selves to become truly healthy and happy.After focusing on my own internal landscape, I started to realize how important it was to feed myself nutrient dense foods and how eating well was a positive factor to my mental health. Once I found the foods that were truly nourishing to me and built up my gut health, I was able to live more in balance with all the other aspects of my life.I began my wellness education studying for a nursing degree. While studying, I first became a licensed Phlebotomist and interned in the lab and wards at San Mateo Medical Center in California. While working in the hospital setting, I began to recognize the burnout within the professional community and chronic illness and readmission of the patient community. I realized that conventional medical practices were not serving the community as best they could, which led me to begin the study of more natural and integrative healing practices that would provide an impactful and long lasting shift.So, here I am integrating my own life experiences, education, and philosophy on my journey to become my best self. It's my goal to create a place where you can begin the steps to realizing and becoming yours as well. I hope you'll join me.

We all have our own unique way of living, eating, exercising, and resting that serves us best. We often know what's best for our bodies, but may have a hard time putting those steps into action. Other times it's hard to even know where to begin. Only you knows what it's like to be in your body and only you know what it's like to be you. You are parts of a whole and wellness incorporates many aspects as well. It's my job to help guide and empower you into the well-being you've always wanted and maybe deep down have always known.
My coaching style is heart centered and intuitive. I recognize that we are complex beings and sometimes have a lot hidden beneath the surface. I focus on digging deep and slowly un-peeling the layers. I'm an active, energetic individual with the ability to assist in your self awareness and self discovery. I integrate practices that help connect the mind, body, and soul. Together we can find solutions that connect deep meaning and purpose in your life.
